With over 25 years of experience in the Benefits, Human Resources, and employee relations space, my background encompasses a comprehensive depth and breadth of knowledge. I have worked in many sectors including e-commerce, media, technology, private industry, advisory, health care, government contracting, and security. I currently serve as the President of EssentialHr-HR Done Right, with its HQ in Los Angeles, CA where we provide clients guidance and resources in all aspects of HR for today’s diverse workforce. We have a broad focus on onboarding, development, training, recruitment, and compliance.
My career focus goes beyond benefits and human resources to include wellness, retirement plans, global benefits, Compensation, DE&I, and HRIS Management. Throughout my career, I have designed and implemented a wide spectrum of integrated benefits, retirement, and wellness programs addressing the needs of clients and companies from boutiques to large-scale solutions, start-ups to established corporations. Beyond the BA I earned from Notre Dame of Maryland University; I am also a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist (CHRS) and have my Global Professional Human Resources Certificate (GPHR). I have been a featured speaker for many years on employee engagement, wellness, mental health, DE&I, and employee motivators.
