My mission as a human resources professional is to partner with decision-makers to help them be compliant, fair to their organization and employees, and achieve results in efficient ways.

I have over 15 years of experience in human resources in a variety of industries (e.g. IT, retail, manufacturing, multi-level marketing, automotive, higher education, professional services, non-profit). Throughout my career I have set up brand new HR departments, modified existing ones by providing extensive reviews of policies, programs, procedures to encourage compliance, positive cultures, and greater employee engagement.

Specialties of mine include process efficiency, compensation, compliance (e.g. FLSA, ADA, independent contractors, etc.), wellness, employee engagement, employment life-cycle, professional/career development, and organizational development.

I have also developed and presented trainings on change management, new employee orientation, wellness, personnel development plans, harassment / safe workplace, supervisor training, and others.
